🔧 Your Role as a Freelance Sales Partner in the Food Industry
- Generate new business opportunities in the food sector.
- Approach companies and speak with decision-makers.
- Promote our training programs, toolkits, coaching, and Compliance Accelerator.
- Build your own pipeline.
- Use your personal network, our LinkedIn presence, and our large mailing list.
- Turn prospects into clients through direct contact and consistent follow-up.
- Work closely with our founder and expert team to match client needs with tailored solutions.

- You enjoy selling and know how to close deals.
- You understand how training and coaching decisions are made in the food industry.
- You feel confident speaking with Quality Directors, Regulatory Affairs Managers, HR Managers, and Learning & Development teams.
- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- You are proactive, independent, and result-driven.
- You can work from anywhere in the world.
- You manage your own schedule — whether that means early mornings or late evenings, depending on the client’s time zone.
- Whether you are a seasoned consultant or a rising talent — you know how to make things happen.
💼 Experience
- You have experience in selling services — preferably in the food industry, training, or consulting.
- You know how to identify decision-makers, navigate internal politics, and create urgency to close deals.
- You are used to long sales cycles and understand the value of consistent follow-up.
- You can tailor your pitch to speak the language of both QA professionals and HR or L&D teams.
- You are confident in building relationships with larger companies — from first contact to signed contract.

How much can I earn?
Your earnings depend on your results. We offer a commission-based model, so the more you sell, the more you earn. There is no income cap. We are also open to discussing a hybrid setup with a base hourly rate and clear targets.
